MM Spot Refund & Returns Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products.
Our refund and return policy are valid for 30 days. No refund or return after 30 days.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered goods.
Our products are print, and finish related, and MM Spot will only offer a refund or reprint of the items if there is an obvious issue with the quality of the printing or finishing. Colour variation might occur on different print batches and MM Spot does not take any responsibility for it. Colours might look different on the monitor, tablet, or phone screens and we do not take any responsibility for the customer’s interpretation of the colour – no refund or return will be accepted.
Our company is not responsible for the customer supplied artwork. If MM Spot creates the artwork, we send the proof to the customer for approval. No refund will be available after artwork approval by the customer.
To complete your return, we require receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we advise.
There might be situations where only partial refunds are granted (only part of the prints has printing or finishing issue).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Shipping returns
If you have been instructed to return your product, you should mail your product to 14 Bursaria Street, Lara, VIC 3212
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
